David Fincher’s adaptation of Gillian Flynn’s novel GONE GIRL has added Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit and Carrie Coon to the cast, with Tyler Perry now officially set as well.
The film stars Ben Affleck as a husband who becomes the prime suspect when his wife (Rosamund Pike) goes missing on their 5th anniversary. Perry, who had been in talks for some time, will play Affleck’s attorney Tanner Bolt. Dickens and Fugit will play a pair of detectives while Coon will play Affleck’s twin sister.
Reese Witherspoon, Bruna Papandrea and Leslie Dixon are producing.
Dickens starred in the TV shows “Friday Night Lights” and “Treme” and the film “At Any Price.”
Fugit, who got his start in Cameron Crowe’s acclaimed pic “Almost Famous”, most recently appeared in “We Bought a Zoo” an “Thanks for Sharing.”
Coon has made appearances on “The Playboy Club” and “Law & Order: SVU” and can next be seen in the “Ironside” pilot. Coon, Dickens and Fugit are all repped by Gersh.
