Lake Bell and Benjamin Bratt have signed on to the cast of the Ric Roman Waugh thriller SHOT CALLER. Written by Waugh, the story follows a gangster that gets released from prison and is forced by the leaders of his gang to orchestrate a major crime with a brutal rival gang in Southern California. Coster-Waldau has previously been set as the lead. The cast is compiling, with Omari Hardwick, Jon Bernthal
Emory Cohen, Juan Pablo Raba, Evan Jones and Jeffrey Donovan also announced.
Known for her roles in Children’s Hospital and What Happens in Vegas, Bell is set to direct the comedy The Emperor’s Children. Bell is repped by UTA and Burstein Company.
Bratt is known for his roles in Law & Order and Miss Congeniality. He will be seen in the crime drama The Infiltrator. He is repped by WME and Circle Of Confusion.
