Brian Arnold - Verve - Romark - Signing

Following his win in the recently announced Launch Pad Feature Competition with his script FRIEND OF THE SHOW, Two-time LP Alum Brian T. Arnold has made it official and signed with David Boxerbaum, Kyle Jensen and Nicky Mohebbi of Verve on the agency front and Dash Aiken and Rock Shaink of Romark Entertainment on the management side.

Arnold’s script, which is pitched as Nightcrawler meets Gone Girl took the overall spot in the 2017 feature competition, winning over our readers, judges, and partners on its way to securing him representation. The script, which is best described as a tension-filled political thriller made for our times, was praised by our readers for it’s ability to raise a magnifying glass to the modern age political, social and high stakes games of today’s media-fueled political circus, and to wrap it all within a fast-paced thriller that delivers impressive characters, dialogue, and entertainment irregardless of any political affiliations.

Arnold, a former news producer and comedian, has written and performed to sold out shows at Upright Citizens Brigade, iO West, Second City, the LA Scripted Comedy Festival, NYC Sketchfest, and the Comedy Central Stage. He has been recognized for his writing in the Launch Pad Competitions, the Nicholl Fellowship, Roadmap Route One Competition and the ScreenCraft Fellowship, amongst others. He currently lives, performs in Los Angeles.
