An Alum since 2013, when her Launch Pad script Growing Up Morales landed her with Brandy Rivers at ICM and Bryan Brucks at Luber/Roklin, she immediately followed that up with an appearance on the 2013 Young & Hungry List. Since then, she has seen her feature spec In Search Of Our Father Sylvester Stallone set the town ablaze on it’s way to a top 15% in the Nicholl Fellowship and land her a writing assignment for Chico Grande for Amazon Studios. In 2015, Sierra served as a feature mentor for the inaugural Launch Pad Feature Mentorship Program, and is currently helping to steer the career of Julie Pedersen, whose thriller The Interview was a finalist in the competition.
