The picture will supposedly focus on Pryor’s life during his 30’s, but any other specifics are being kept under wraps. Michael B. Jordan has also entered the mix for the role of Pryor. Marlon Wayans and Eddie Murphy have been in the running for awhile and it seems they are both still interested. Both Jennifer Pryor and Forest Whitaker are still producing.
Daniels last wrote and helmed “The Paperboy” and “Lee Daniels’ The Butler.” His directing talents will next be seen in “Orders to Kill”, “Get It While You Can” and “Anna in the Tropics.” Daniels is repped by CAA.
