Snyder plays Andi, the self-assured wife of LeBlanc who returns to work as a medical lab technician after thirteen years. LeBlanc plays Adam, a contractor who struggles to take over the parenting duties while Andi’s at work.
Fischer departed the series after it was announced it had been picked up to series, just before CBS’s upfronts presentation earlier this year. This led to Fischer’s role being cut around a great deal in the footage shown at the presentation.
The series is produced by CBS Television Studios. Jackie Filgo, Jeff Filgo, Michael Rotenberg, Troy Zien, and LeBlanc executive produce. The series will debut October 24 at 830pm.
The casting is a homecoming for Snyder who previously starred in the multi-camera sitcom Yes, Dear. She has also appeared on Raising Hope with her Yes, Dear co-star Mike O’Malley and on the Fox drama House.
Snyder is repped by Greene & Associates Talent Agency.
