In a world where time travel has been perfected but made illegal, “Loopers” work for mob bosses to eliminate targets who have been sent from the future, thus eliminating all trace of the crime. When one Looper recognizes the target as his future self, he goes on the run from the very mob bosses for whom he once worked.
