Luke Evans is set to star in the THE AMATEUR AMERICAN, a political thriller, based on the novel by J. Saunders Elmore, following a young American in France as he is drawn into a web of violent political intrigue after accepting a job for a shadowy employer. Ross Katz will be directing from his own screenplay.
A Likely Story’s Anthony Bregman and Stefanie Azpiazu will produce with FilmNation’s Aaron Ryder.
Evans is repped by WME and Luber Roklin Entertainment.
