Steenburgen will play Jeannie, an alluring motel owner who meets Bryson and Katz when they stop at her hotel for the night. Robert Redford and Nick Nolte will star as Bryson and Katz, joined by Nick Offerman and Emma Thompson. Ken Kwapis is attached to direct, replacing Larry Charles.
Steenburgen is best known for her roles in the original big screen version of “Parenthood,” “Back to the Future Part III,” “Step Brothers” and “The Proposal.” She currently plays Katherine Hale on the FX series “Justified” and will star in Bill Purple’s upcoming drama “The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” with Jessica Biel.
