Matthew McConaughey, Tobey Maguire and Zac Efron are set to join Sofia Vergara in director Lee Daniel’s THE PAPERBOY. Based on the novel by Pete Dexter, the story follows the slacker son of a newspaper editor and publisher in Florida, who gets wrapped up in investigating the murder of a rural sheriff.
Lee Daniels and Hilary Shor will produce, with Avi Lerner, Trevor Short and Danny Dimbort exec producing.
Mconaughey is repped by CAA. Maguire is repped by CAA and Management 360. Efron is repped by CAA and Alchemy Entertainment.
