Michael B. Jordan, Miles Teller, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are all in final talks to take the leads in the FANTASTIC FOUR reboot. The story is still being kept under wraps but Jordan, Teller, Mara and Bell would be playing The Human Torch, Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman and The Thing respectively. Bell is a pretty inspired choice, considering his experience with mo-cap roles.
Simon Kinberg wrote the most recent draft or polish, depending on who you talk to. Joshua Trank (“Chronicle”) will direct while Kinberge, Matthew Vaughn, Akiva Goldsman and Gregory Goodman produce.
Jordan made a big splash in “Fruitvale Station” and can be seen currently in “That Awkward Moment.” He will next appear in “Triple Nine” and “Creed.” He is repped by WME.
Mara is best known for “American Horror Story” and “House of Cards.” She’ll next be seen in “Transcendence.” She is repped by UTA.
Miles Teller can also be seen currently in “That Awkward Moment.” He’ll next appear in “Divergent” opposite his “The Spectacular Now” co-star Shailene Woodley. He is repped by CAA.
Bell will next appear in “Nymphomaniac,” “Snowpiercer” and “Filth.” He is repped by UTA.
