Meghann Fahy has been added to the growing cast of the Jessica Chastain vehicle, MISS SLOANE. The film follows a top lobbyist in Washington D.C. as she pushes for tighter gun control laws. By doing so, she mentors the younger generation in her office, with Douglas being one of them.
John Madden is set to direct the script by Jonathan Perera. The FilmNation feature will be produced by Ben Browning with Patrick Chu as executive producer. Fahy will play Clara, a lobbyist that is deceived by one of her boss’s schemes. In addition to Chastain, the actress joins an all-star roster of actors including Mark Strong, Michael Stuhlbarg, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, John Lithgow, Sam Waterston, Alison Pill, Jake Lacy, and Douglas Smith.
Fahy has starred on Broadway in acclaimed productions of Next To Normal and Lost Girls. She also starred in the soap opera, One Life To Live and continues to expand her career from the stage and television.
She is repped by Gersh.
