Michael Sheen Set To Make Directorial Debut With “Green River Killer”

Golden Globe-nominated actor is set to take the director’s chair for the first time with GREEN RIVER KILLER, an adaptation of the Dark Horse Entertainment graphic novel of the same name by Jeff Jensen and Jonathan Case.

Sheen adapted the story and the script landed on the 2015 Black List. Based on a true story, the film follows police detective Tom Jensen (whose son wrote the novel) and his 20-year hunt for Gary Ridgway – also known as the Green River Killer. In addition to writing and directing the film, Sheen will star as Ridgway. He will also produce alongside Mike Richardson and Keith Richardson from Dark Horse and Sean McKittrick and Ray Mansfield from QC Entertainment. QC’s Edward Hamm Jr. and Shaun Redick have signed to executive produce.

Sheen currently stars in the Showtime series Masters of Sex, which is entering its fourth season. He was recently voiced the White Rabbit in Disney’s Alice Through the Looking Glass and can be seen next in Morten Tyldum’s sci-fi pic Passengers with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt.

He is repped by , Roxane Vacca Management, and Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management.
