Natalie Dormer will star in Stefan Ruzowitzky’s PATIENT ZERO. The action thriller, penned by Mike Le, centers on a man in a post-apocalyptic world who has the ability to speak the language of the undead. He interrogates zombies with the hopes of finding Patient Zero and a cure for his infected wife. Le’s spec script landed him on both the 2013 Hit List and the 2013 Black List.
Dormer, who is most well known for her roles on TV series like “The Tudors” and “Game of Thrones,” is moving out of her comfort zone for this project. Traditionally, Dormer has appeared in dramas like “Casanova,” and action flicks like “Captain America: The First Avenger” and “Rush.” A bit more recently, Dormer starred in drama “The Riot Club” with fellow “Hunger Games” actor Sam Claflin. She will play Cressida in the final two installments of the “Hunger Games” series.
