Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is in talks to take a starring role in Summit’s GODS OF EGYPT.
The film, which Alex Proyas will direct, would see Coster-Waldau play the Egyptian god Horus, who teams with a human thief to avenge the death of his father. Basil Iwanyk will produce.
Coster-Waldau, who stars in HBO’s hit fantasy-epic series “Game of Thrones”, also appeared opposite Tom Cruise in “Oblivion” and will next be seen in the drama “A Thousand Times Good Night” and is in production on the comedy “The Other Woman”.
