Paramount Pictures has picked up DO NO HARM from Julia Cox. The thriller, which is cut from the same cloth as films like Unfaithful and Fatal Attraction, landed on the Hit List in 2015.
The Nice Guys producer Joel Silver has signed on to produce while Ethan Erwin and Sara Meyer from Silver Pictures will oversee.
Cox worked as a writer’s assistant to Jason Katims, who executive produced Parenthood and Friday Night Lights. She has since written for the Freeform series Recovery Road and a handful of short films.
She is repped by APA and Project D Media.
