Shonda Rhimes’ drama SCANDAL is adding “The Riches” thesp Gregg Henry and Jillian Armenante of “Judging Amy” as recurring characters on the show when it returns in the fall for it’s sophomore season. Henry will play a rich and dangerous Southerner, while Armenante will become Lucas, a role originally intended for a man.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER will see the return of Ashley Williams in several episodes of the laugher’s eighth season. The actress has previously appeared as Victoria, an earlier love interest of Ted’s, who was last seen in the season finale fleeing her own wedding with Ted.
Abbie Cobb, of “Suburgatory” and “Two and a Half Men,” will stop by NCIS: LOS ANGELES for a possibly recurring role. The young actress will play a damsel in distress named Astrid who bonds with Agent Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah).

Ian Hart, who starred on HBO’s now-cancelled “Luck” and played Professor Quirrell in the first “Harry Potter” film, is heading to ROGUE, where he will play a detective opposite co-star Thandie Newton. Marton Csokas is also starring in the series.

“The Bourne Identity” and “Run Lola Run” actress Franka Potente will be joining the cast of AMERICAN HORROR STORY when the anthology series returns in the fall. She will play a mental patient in an asylum who falls in love with Adam Levine’s character.

Meghann Fahy, formerly of “One Life to Live,” will appear in several episodes of Dick Wolf’s CHICAGO FIRE when it premieres in the fall. The “Political Animals” thesp will play an engaged assistant to the firehouse chief.
“Damages” thesp Derek Webster will join Eric Kripke and JJ Abrams new show REVOLUTION when it premieres in the fall. He will have a recurring role as a rebel leader named Nicholas, who lives in a world where all forms of energy have ceased to exist.
