Paul Schneider has joined the cast of the UNTITLED LAGRAVENESE/GOLDWYN DRAMA. Schneider will play Clark Rylance, an attorney who becomes deeply involved with a reopened case that could exonerate a prisoner on Death Row. Richard LaGravenese will write the pilot and executive produce with Tony Goldwyn, who will also direct. Schneider is repped by CAA.
Salli Richardson-Whitfield is joining the cast of the pilot THE SECRET LIVES OF WIVES, a drama which will examine the marriages of four different women. Richardson-Whitfield will play Reed, the host of a sultry call-in radio show whose marriage is turning rocky. The actress is repped by Innovative Artists and Frontline Management.
Thomas Middleditch has been cast as Dwight Schrute’s (Rainn Wilson) brother, Jeb, in the upcoming “Office” spin-off, THE FARM. In the series, Jeb has not found his right career path and will presumably join Dwight in running the family bed & breakfast. Middleditch is repped by WME.
Matt Jones is set to play Dwight Schrute’s cousin Zeke in THE FARM. Originally planned as a guest starring/recurring role, producers reportedly decided to expand the character after Jones tested for the character Jeb. Jones is repped by Paradigm and Ferrantino Entertainment.
Missi Pyle and Elliott Gould have both been cast in the pilot for the single-camera series I’M NOT DEAD YET, which follows a man (Ben Falcone) who decides to live his life to the fullest when he finds out a heart condition could kill him at any time. Pyle will play the man’s wife and is repped by UTA and McKeon-Myones Management. Gould will play the man’s father and is repped by WME.
