“Pitch Perfect” star Rebel Wilson has joined the growing cast of Shawn Levy’s NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 3. She will appear alongside Ben Stiller, Dan Stevens, Robin Williams, Skyler Gisondo and Ricky Gervais in the 20th Century Fox comedy.
The plot is being kept tightly under wraps, but it’s known that everyone’s favorite security guard Larry Daley will be traveling to a new museum in England. Wilson will play the night guard already stationed at the British museum. Actually Levy might throw us all a curve ball this time and the film will have absolutely nothing to do with a museum!
Levy is helming from a script co-written by Thomas Lennon, Robert Ben Garant, David Guion and Michael Handelman.
On the film front, Wilson was last seen in Jason Moore’s “Pitch Perfect” and Michael Bay’s “Pain & Gain.” In the TV world, Wilson is currently starring as Kimmie Boubier on ABC’s “Super Fun Night” which she created as well. She’ll next be seen in Miguel Arteta’s “Unicorn Store” and will reprise her role as Fat Amy in “Pitch Perfect 2.”
Wilson is repped by WME.
