Comedic actor Rob Corddry has joined the growing cast of OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY. Actors Oliver Cooper and Andrew Leeds have also joined the guest list for the DreamWorks feature.
The movie is an ensemble comedy about a holiday office party that goes awry. Corddry and company join a massive cast toplined by Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston. They rest of the cast includes by T.J. Miller, Kate McKinnon, Olivia Munn, Abbey Lee, Randall Park, Jamie Chung, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Karan Soni.
Will Speck and Josh Gordon are set to direct the movie and will also produce alongside Scott Stuber, Guymon Casady, and Daniel Rappaport. The latest draft of the script was written by Lee Eisenberg, Gene Stupnitsky and Laura Solon. The movie will be distributed by Paramount and is expected to open in theaters on Dec. 9 release.
Corddry is known for being a correspondent on The Daily Show during the Jon Stewart years. His film credits include Hot Tub Time Machine 1 & 2, Sex Tape, Butter and Warm Bodies. He is the creator, writer, producer and star of the comedy Children’s Hospital and currently stars on the HBO series, Ballers opposite Dwayne Johnson. He can be seen next in the William H. Macy comedy The Layover.
