Rolin Jones Inks with 20th Century Fox Television

Emmy award winning television writer and playwright, , has inked with  for a two-year deal in which Jones will develop new television projects for network and cable through his company, New Neighborhood.

20th TV of Affairs Jonnie Davis called the scribe “an entirely original voice who can tell a very big story, and every broadcast network wants to be in business with him.”

Jones recently ended a deal with AMC during which he co-wrote and executive produced the pilot for Knifeman and served as a co-executive producer on Low Winter Sun. Previous work also includes stints as writer and executive producer previous on shows like Friday Night LightsWeeds, Boardwalk Empire and United States of Tara. He is currently writing the film adaptation of American Idiot for Universal Pictures.
