Nothing is confirmed yet, but it seems as though “The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus might have a part in Relativity Media’s long gestating reboot of THE CROW.
For those who are not familiar with James O’Barr’s comic book series or the 1994 film which starred Brandon Lee, the story follows rock musician Eric Draven after he and his fiancee are murdered by a group of thugs. Draven is brought back from the brink with revenge in his heart and begins dispatching the thugs one by one. Reedus would not be playing Draven though. Instead it seems he would play another character by the name of James. Who that is and what his relation to Draven is will remain a mystery for now.
Reedus last appeared in “Hello Herman”, “Pawn Shop Chronicles”, “Sunlight Jr.” and of course the fourth season of AMC’s “The Walking Dead.” He’ll next be seen in Jason Ruscio’s “Bear Lake Run” and Omar J. Pineda’s “Dead Meat Walking – A Zombie Walk Documentary” as himself. Reedus is repped by CAA.
