Brad Peyton has signed to direct an as-yet UNTITLED MILITARY ACTION ADVENTURE for Sony. Project details are being kept under wraps, but it is being described as a high-concept action-adventure about a military team. Iron Man scribes Art Marcum and Matt Holloway have penned the script.
Peyton directed this summer’s San Andreas for Warner Bros, which has grossed more than $461 million worldwide. He will re-team with his San Andreas star Dwayne Johnson for Rampage, a live-action adaptation of popular 1980’s arcade game.
Marcum and Hollway wrote Summit Entertainment’s Highlander reboot, are are currently working on Transformers 5, as well as a project based on the iconic Hot Wheels cars.
Peyton is repped by CAA and Green Light Artist Management.
