Scott Shepherd is doubling down in the spy game. The new Jason Bourne movie, that has been shooting for a couple weeks, has cast him in a role that’s rumored to be the director of the CIA. He joins an already stellar cast with Matt Damon, Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel, and Tommy Lee Jones. In addition to the cast, Paul Greengrass has returned to direct.
Very little is known about the plot of the new film, but Damon has said that Bourne’s new universe will be about exploring a “post-Snowden world.” That seems to tie in fairly well with the end of The Bourne Ultimatum.
Scott Shepherd can be seen right now as Hoffman in Bridge of Spies. He is repped by UTA and Framework Entertainment.
