Shea Whigham and Anya Taylor-Joy have just been attached to star in HUNTSVILLE, a character driven thriller by Anthony Ragnone that landed on both the 2014 Hit List and Black List. Eric England is set to direct with Luisa Iskin and John Wunder producing.
The story revolves around a Hank (Whigham), a man with a secret past, who raises eyebrows in his sleepy Florida town when he forms a bond with high school student Josie, who has just moved in next door.
Whigham has had solid roles in the Fast & Furious films, and recently he played SHIELD director Roger Dooley in Marvel’s Agent Carter.
Taylor-Joy was just seen in Toronto in Witch, which has its premiere at TIFF tomorrow. She was also recently in the BBC America series, Atlantis, as the fabled prophet of doom Cassandra.
