Nick Schenk is set to pen the remake of the Dutch thriller TAPED. The project centers on a couple on vacation who accidentally record a murder and they find themselves fighting to survive. “30 Days of Night” scribe Brian Nelson did the first draft of the project for Sony Pictures and “Divergent” producers Lucy Fisher and Douglas Wick are on board to produce.
Schenk is the scribe behind Clint Eastwood’s “Gran Torino” and wrote David Dobkin’s upcoming drama “The Judge” starring Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall.
Schenk is repped by CAA.
