“Star Trek” Star Bruce Greenwood Joins Ryan Murphy’s “American Crime Story”


Bruce-greenwood-at-event-of-zborul-(2012) has signed on the expanding A-list cast to the FX series AMERICAN CRIME STORY: THE PEOPLE V OJ SIMPSON. American Horror Story and Glee executive Ryan Murphy is behind the series. Greenwood is set to portray Gil Garcetti, the district county prosecutor on the Simpson trial.

Greenwood will star alongside Cuba Gooding Jr. as O.J. Simpson, John Travolta as Robert Shapiro, Courtney Vance as Johnny Cochran, David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian, Sarah Paulson as Marcia Clark, Connie Britton as Faye Resnick, Selma Blair as Kris Jenner, and Steven Pasquale as Mark Fuhrman. Simpson by Jeffrey Toobin.

Known for his roles in the J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek films and I-Robot, and on the series Mad Men, Greenwood will be seen in the upcoming action film Spectral.
