Film Production Company at a major studio seeks assistant to an A-List Producer. Applicant must have assistant and/or production experience. A great attitude, excellent phone demeanor, impeccable manners, highly adept at multi-tasking, sometimes working long hours, extraordinarily organized, resourceful and hard working. Duties include scheduling, booking travel and rolling calls. The ability to be be highly confidential and discreet is required. Personal assistance also required. Need someone who is willing to work hard and dedicate at least one year in the position. Someone with a passion of becoming a producer and film maker is a plus.
