You are responsible for servicing customers by identifying and selling them stories fit for Film/TV adaptation that match their needs.
Responsibilities include scheduling, rolling calls, coverage, tracking, office management, and ad hoc research.
Track, organize, and manage all production and post materials on past and current shows. Assist in building and maintaining production related documents for individual show use.
Assist executives in Current Programs with administrative tasks for all scripted non-network series.
Regular duties include scheduling, travel, rolling calls, and assessing all incoming material.
The Assistant will provide support to an Agent in CAA’s Television Scripted Department representing directors, producers, writers and showrunners within the International space.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administrative duties, e.g. scheduling, rolling calls, reading, and maintaining grids.
Must be able to juggle a busy workload, be detail-oriented, and highly organized.
The ideal candidate has an interest in learning about representing filmmakers and will be able to juggle constantly changing priorities.
The Assistant will also work closely with various departments across the agency (such as Accounting and Business Affairs). The ideal candidate will have a passion for scripted television and artist representation in the entertainment business.
