“Alien: Covenant” Film Review: Ridley Scott Returns to Form With Chest-Bursting Thrills
The latest installment of the sci-fi franchise twists the Alien storytelling formula enough so that it keeps the viewer engaged, the characters interesting, and doesn’t regurgitate the same story we have seen in these movies time and time again. It’s also bloody entertaining….literally.
Ridley Scott introduced three scenes from the upcoming film Alien: Covenant and they are absolutely terrifying — which is, apparently, Scott’s whole goal.
Fox dropped their much anticipated new ALIEN: COVENANT trailer tonight, and it delivers a gorgeously atmospheric reminder of what the original film delivered all those year ago. Excitement, anticipation, tension, and fear!
Star-Lord, Jack Sparrow and Dom Toretto will likely appear, but what about Christian Grey or the Power Rangers?
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo star wasn’t attached to reprise her role from Prometheus, but she was reportedly on set of the Ridley Scott-directed movie in Australia to shoot scenes.
