Harvey Specter’s panic attacks came back this week on Suits and I’m glad they did. In a world where so many writers drop the ball on their previous storylines it was nice to see this one continue on and show that the problem still isn’t solved and comes back at the worst times.
In true Suits fashion the rivalry between Harvey Specter and Louis Litt has only increased since Donna became Louis’ secretary. In a typical ‘Louis Litt’ move, Louis tries to prove his loyalty to Harvey by setting up a situation in front of the board then defending Harvey. Of course, it backfires.
Big things are happening at Pearson Specter Litt as the fifth season of Suits returns. This show rarely disappoints in its drama and characterizations and this premiere, among ranking as one of the best, brings those elements that they’re so good at and elevates them to a different height.
Gotham wrapped up it’s freshmen season with a showdown between two characters and a mob war taking over the city of Gotham. While this week did give us a few more insights into certain characters, it really left more questions than answers.
Tonight’s episode of Gotham led us down even creepier territory than we’ve seen before and kicked off the long-promised mob war between Falcone and Maroni. Barbara Kean, ever the damsel-in-distress, continues that streak as The Ogre takes her hostage in his soundproof and very disturbing apartment.
A heavy-hitting season finale of “Suits” brings change in the office, a surprising memorial, and a last ditch effort by Harvey to put a client away.
Detective Gordon sells his soul to Penguin as Mooney finally meets with her captor on a questionable episode.
An origin story begins this week as familiar names arrive and Bruce attempts to fix the family corporation.
A new villain is on the loose in Gotham as Penguin’s loyalty is revealed.
The cancelled series shows its still-beating heart as Red Band Society gets ready to say goodbye.
Gordon continues to make enemies in Gotham as Mooney plans her revenge on Penguin.
Jim Gordon is back to being a detective again and Fish Mooney makes her move against Falcone in one of Gotham’s best episodes.
Kara and Leo ponder life outside the hospital as Emma goes home with a secret and Nurse Jackson gets a date.
With production being halted on the series, the show continues to fight for its right to continue on.
Back with a vengeance this week, “Red Band Society” gets back in the game as the wait is over for one patient.
Red Band Society misses its mark this week with a disappointing storyline and ridiculous-and somewhat offensive- plots.
