Oversee the creative execution of CoComelon’s content across all formats, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and maintaining a high level of quality within the schedule and budget parameters.

Act as liaison between overseas studios and in-house production artists including follow-up communication.

Assist the Production Team with day-to-day operations for the production. Enter data into production tracking software as needed.

Support the WWS Animation Team by pinpointing IP ripe for adaptation; and help strategize the optimal approach. Collaborate with animation team members to bring on the right creative partners and identify the best path to a sale.

Update and maintain calendars; schedule meetings and phone calls. Coordinate processing and distribution of production paperwork.

Provide administrative support to the department head, logistical and data entry support for relevant casting information, and coordinate with various cross-functional partners to ensure a premium experience.

Animate shots from blocking through final Animation, working under the supervision of the Animation Supervisor and/or Director.

Take notes in meetings with high-level showrunners, help with Keynote and/or Photoshop projects, and update and organize submissions and development grids.

Answering and rolling calls, heavy scheduling, booking travel, and liaising with other internal departments and external contacts. Script coverage and material evaluation for current shows, development projects, and incoming submissions and specs.

The primary responsibilities are to support project development by reading and analyzing Creative material, presenting feedback and participating on Creative conference calls/meetings.

Communicate with producers and artists to ensure daily requests are fulfilled. Assist graphics production team in finding elements for graphics and Animation.

Assist the producers and make sure the production is running smoothly, so the project is being delivered on brief, schedule and budget.

Organize calendars, client visits, operational assistance and helping with development tests and pitches.

Directly supports the Head of Post Production, one additional Post Director, and the rest of the team as needed. Scheduling, Agenda Management, and note-taking at all team meetings.

Find, secure & direct talent, arranging productions and delivering video and Digital assets for multiple distribution platforms.

Daily check-ins with artists to gauge progress on assignments, communicate updates and critical changes related to the schedule. Transcribe review notes, distribute, and ensure follow-up of action items and status changes as necessary

Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

Tasks include but are not limited to: support with decks and call sheets, task tracking, arranging travel and accommodations for staff, and recording notes in meetings & distributing accordingly.

Work closely with the Creative team, producers and other stakeholders to ensure our productions are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Support the series producers and the Production Manager. Skilled in multitasking and tracking assets for multiple episodes simultaneously.

Create appropriate development, pre-production, production and post schedules and budgets with partner Studios, Netflix cross-functional teams and creators to suit the needs of the show.

Provide support to Creative team on various Creative development projects including: writing coverage on prospective ideas; taking and compiling notes during meetings; tracking and summarizing market trends/broadcaster line-ups.

Provide support throughout the production processes to ensure success during pre-production, production, and Post Production phases of a project.

Work closely with Production SVP, VPs, directors, managers, and Show production staff to examine the needs of each production.

Heavy schedule and calendar management, including coordination of internal and external meetings/calls across multiple time zones.

Work with development team to break and advance story on our projects. Brainstorm and develop new concepts for potential Illumination projects.

Prepare and coordinate meeting logistics with a focus on productivity, agenda setting and set-up of necessary pre-read materials includes meeting set-up, pre-preparation, note taking, distribution and follow-through on action items.
