CBS taps a brotherly figure for Scott Caan, Danni Lowinski finds a co-star, three more are sentenced to Alcatraz, a famous TV cop returns to another series as a TV cop, and one more readies to become a Bird Dog.

James Franco returns to ABC, Michael Mann adds 2 to Luck, Showtime adds a male lead for Homeland, and Bird Dog replaces Eliza Dushku, and adds 1 more to the cast along the way.

Cheech seems Outnumbered for Fox, Rick Schroder and Harry Hamlin land gigs on Lifetime, as Hound Dogs adds another gal, and Eliza Dushku says thanks, but no thanks, to Bird Dog.

Another Lost alum joing Hawaii 5-O, CMT adds some working class, Fox adds a new recurring to House, a pair to Alcatraz, and a pair to Terra Nova, while FX snags a new lady for Justified, Parenthood adds a recurring, TBS lands the last lead for it’s Brain Trust, and TNT snags a trio to join Eliza Dushku’s Bird Dog.

An original “V” joins the reboot series, Dan Aykroyd reunites with Jim Belushi, Owen Benjamin decides to star in a series with his name in it, Lie to Me cast a “Lost” alum, TBS lands a Sweeney lead, and TNT lands a Dushku lead, while TV Lands eyes a return for none other than Fran Drescher.

ABC looks back at the Angels, TNT finds a Bird Dog, CBS and SyFy kill a few shows, HBO promises more of a few others, and guess what Martin Scorsese and Nicholas Pileggi are doing next?
