Duties include answering phones and maintaining daily schedules; filing; processing expense reports; scheduling meetings and appointments; updating information on producers; tracking all submissions and pitches; entering due dates for cuts; and maintaining production paperwork.

Daily responsibilities include managing calls, managing schedules, facilitating auditions, compiling submissions, tracking client bookings, as well as serving as the first point of contact with clients, casting directors, and executives.

Primarily focus on providing a full range of administrative support to three digital executives executives such as arranging travel, maintaining Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, answering and screening calls, maintaining office supplies, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities include sending out auditions to clients, scheduling/maintaining department calendar, uploading self-tapes to casting, corresponding with casting directors, social media posting, general office administration and more.
