Regular intern activities include script coverage and notes on internal & external projects, research, creating presentations/pitches, and giving editing notes.
Experience with Television development, production, creating writer/director/talent lists, notes, and coverage/feedback on scripts preferred.
Duties include running errands, general office tasks and calendar, facilitating all press interviews, auditions, and more.
Interns will be asked to evaluate material, research various projects, and learn how to pitch.
Read scripts, review dailies, summarize notes from development meetings/calls. Coordinate travel, visas, schedules and other travel logistics.
Knowledge of key production documents and show progress (i.e. call sheets, production reports, one line schedules). File management and organization.
Responsibilities include maintaining calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls, coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position will also be involved in many production duties.
Coordinate any/all of the following meetings: Storyboard Handouts, Design Reviews, pitches, Leica Screenings, Art Approvals, Animatic Reviews and any additional production specific requests.
Responsibilities include scouting for new material, industry tracking, and eventually managing your own book of business.
Responsibilities include heavy reading and script coverage in addition to research projects.
A range of hands-on contribution, including but are not limited to: script coverage, screener reviews, development notes, website updates, creating & distributing marketing campaigns, and Film market preparation.
This is an on-desk, administrative position with creative responsibilities.
Organization/attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills and thoughtful Creative/critical analysis are essential.
Heavy scheduling for managers’ and clients’ meetings, logging submissions, rolling calls, reading and coverage, and scouting potential clients and projects.
