The Production Assistant assists the producer & Director to meet the various administrative needs of the production.
Work closely with leaders in overseeing all facets of Current Series and scripted development.

Handle daily administrative tasks including assisting with scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning, running errands, taking notes, answering phone calls, detailing messages, ordering office supplies, etc.
The Coordinator will participate in the development of all scripted Programming from concept to series.
Handles executive’s work and personal calendar and schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments. Arranges meetings or conferences by arranging conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations and coordinating handouts.
The ideal candidate is interested in learning about the below-the-line business and has the ability to juggle changing administrative priorities while providing executive support in a timely manner.

Responsible for overseeing the budgeting and Physical Production by third party studios of Hulu’s rapidly expanding slate of Original Drama/Comedy scripted pilots and series, unscripted documentaries and series, low budget films, and specials.
This role will supervise the development of new scripted content, from concept to series, as well as oversee all aspects of production for new and returning shows.
Ideally, generally familiar with the many facets of feature filmmaking – i.e., development, Physical Production, Post Production, and business/legal affairs.
Duties include phones, rolling calls, scheduling, and script coverage.
This position will be managing two Executives with very busy calendars, managing call sheets, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, liaising between departments, taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.
Responsibilities include both administrative and creative tasks.
