Role provides incredible exposure to the TV/Film/Digital development and production process and is ideally suited for those who want to be producers and excel at taking initiative.

Responsibilities: phones, grids, scheduling, submissions, travel, scouting, client interaction.

You should have excellent writing skills that will be necessary in conveying notes to writers, as well as, internal correspondence and projects. Candidate should be thoughtful, but proactive in every way possible.

Provides support by keeping daily calendar, answering phones, rolling calls, preparing expense reports, and making travel arrangements. Possess a thorough understanding of the development and production process.

Provide organizational and administrative support to the department executives, anticipating needs of the executive(s) and always being two steps ahead.
