The Post Production Assistant will work in concert with and support our Post Production Managers and Coordinators across our Film post team.
Manage calendars and travel, set and coordinate meetings, set cross-departmental planning sessions, prepare for presentations and other key events.
Maintain tracking grid and send out submissions of Writer and Director materials.
The Assistant, Development will support the Director of Development in the day-to-day operations of the development department, which is responsible for Animated theatrical feature films and Disney + streaming content that results in the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming release slate.
Prepare and coordinate meeting logistics with a focus on productivity, agenda setting and set-up of necessary pre-read materials includes meeting set-up, pre-preparation, note taking, Distribution and follow-through on action items.
Supports the flow of high-volume information and material in and out of the department, coordinate meetings, keeps calendars, answers phones, sets up new productions and prepares and tracks Production Company paperwork, charts, and schedules.
Provide organizational and administrative support to EVP. Coordinate travel, visas, schedules and other travel logistics.
Candidates should be able to multi-task, coordinate scheduling, and organize affairs.
