Season 3, Episode 11 – Time skips forward and everyone has to deal with the consequences of their actions (or inactions) in “Nathaniel and I Are Just Friends!”

Season 3, Episode 10 – Rebecca seeks revenge against her ex while Heather tries to turn the company she loves working for into a functional organization.

Season 3, Episode 9 – Rebecca continues her journey towards a more balanced mental state but still winds up hurting people with her good intentions.

Season 3, Episode 8 – Rebecca and her friends each face a personal crisis and come through them changed and another excellent episode of “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”

Season 3, Episode 7 – Paula makes peace with her past while Rebecca finds some validation in “Getting Over Jeff.”

Season 3, Episode 6 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend gives a realistic portrayal of mental illness filled with pathos and an appropriate dose of humor.

Season 3, Episode 5 – Rebecca goes back to her mother’s house to try to find peace and her friends fall apart in her absence in a compassionate representation of depression and suicidal ideation.

Season 3, Episode 4 – Rebecca’s friends stage an intervention but she pushes them away and stalks Josh Chan.

Season 3, Episode 3 – Rebecca wants us to believe “Josh Is a Liar” and tries to save face by ruining his life.

Season 3, Episode 2 – “To Josh, With Love” finally lets Rebecca vent some of her inner frustration but she exposes herself in the process.

Season 3, Episode 1 – “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” is back and Rebecca is plotting revenge with her friends against Josh.

Season 2, Episode 13 – It’s the season finale of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and except for the fact that we don’t get any more of this charming show until next season “Can Josh Take a Leap of Faith?” is all the delightful conclusion that you could want. Weddings, crazy exes, and crises of faith abound on all sides in a well-balanced conclusion that promises even more insanity in the future.

Season 2, Episode 12 – “Is Josh Free In Two Weeks?” is the closest Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has come to playing romantic comedy tropes straight. The episode lacks the series’ usual style, throwing in songs as an afterthought and sticking to objective reality while still delivering a fun story with a touching conclusion.

Season 2, Episode 11 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend uses its musical numbers as an integral part of the show’s magical structure when Rebecca asks “Josh is the Man of My Dreams, Right?” The Santa Ana winds make everyone act a little crazy, giving the characters plenty of opportunity for realizations, development, and some resolutions.

Season 2, Episode 10 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend takes the shine off Josh in “Will Scarsdale like Josh’s Shayna Punim?” The cracks in Rebecca’s fantasy life start to show when Rebecca takes Josh to meet her family. Meanwhile, Darryl is left to deal with the mean new boss at the law office who keeps terrorizing the employees.

Season 2, Episodes 8-9 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend returns from winter hiatus with a double dose of character growth and obstacles to Rebecca’s dream life as Rebecca takes a disastrous turn babysitting Paula’s son and then she has to save her friends’ jobs in two delightful episodes.

Season 2, Episode 7 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend stops taking field trips and brings its winter finale back home in “Who’s the Cool Girl Josh Is Dating?” Taking on both Rebecca’s falling out with Paula and her obsession with Josh, the episode returns the focus to the original pillars of the story.

Season 2, Episode 6 – This week on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Rebecca puts all of her obsessive relationship energies into making the perfect friend group out of all of her dissimilar friends. Maya and Darryl have to work together towards a common goal, and Rebecca’s weird fake ex provides all the awkward romantic intention you could want.

Season 2, Episode 5 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend delivers quality laughs and deconstructs narrative tropes as ever this week in “Why is Josh’s Ex-Girlfriend Eating Carbs?” Rebecca and Valencia try to get over Josh, Darryl and White Josh have a fight, and Paula makes a friend at law school.

Season 2, Episode 4 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has always been many things but it may have just become the show about female friendship that it needs to be. Ushering Rebecca’s romantic fever dreams out the door, she now has to contend with reality and figure out who she actually is.

Season 2, Episode 3 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend continues to smash awful narrative tropes, overturn expectations, and sing hilarious songs to help it along in the process. “All Signs Point to Josh… or Is It Josh’s Friend?” is full of signs of all kinds and big moments that turn Rebecca’s fairy tale on its head.

Season 2, Episode 2 – Yay, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend! This week, Rebecca wonders “When Will Josh See How Cool I Am?”, Greg tells his friends about his alcoholism, and Rebecca manages to have a fantasy about ping pong making her seem sexy and empowered. Oh, Rebecca.

Season 2, Episode 1 – Crazy Ex-Girlfriend returns with its usual mix of pop culture, stylized genre songs, and romantic deconstruction. Rebecca manipulates her friends and loved ones in her usual effort to keep Josh close and fulfill her own exaggerated fantasies.
