After signing on to produce and star in the sci-fi action-comedy The Shower, Anne Hathaway is now in final negotiations to set the project up at Warner Bros.

Anne Hathaway has signed on to produce and star in The Shower, a female driven sci-fi comedy from 2014 Blacklist scribe Jac Schaeffer. The story focuses on a group of baby shower attendees who must save their suburb from an alien invasion.

Logline: When a meteor shower transforms men into women-eating aliens, a group of baby shower attendees must defend their suburb from the impending disaster armed with nothing more than booze and confectioner’s sugar.
