David Tennant Joins Lena Dunham’s New HBO Comedy Mini-Series “Camping”
The former Doctor Who and star of Marvel’s Jessica Jones will play the lead character Walt in the American version of Julia Davis’ British series.
The feature film directorial debut by Josie Rourke, artistic director of London’s The Donmar Warehouse, is produced by Working Title Films, who have had a long collaboration with distributor Focus Features. Focus has also released the first picture of Saoirse Ronan as the Scottish Queen.
Dean Devlin’s Bad Samaritan feature is set to star David Tennant, best known for his work on the cult sci-fi series Doctor Who. The thriller is slated to shoot later this year in Portland, OR.
Centers on two young car valets who use their business as a front to burglarize the houses of their unsuspecting patrons. Life is good for the petty thieves until they target the wrong house, changing their lives forever.
