The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, detailed global travel itineraries and will also be working closely with the studio’s development, casting, and production teams.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both development and production, and the ability to identify strong material and talent and give creative guidance and feedback to top level writers and directors on outlines, scripts, and cuts.
The ideal candidate must have a track record of building productive external relationships with writers, creators, agents and producers as well as representing series internally with key stakeholders to instigate efficient work flows and influential discussions.
Ideal candidates should have at least one year desk experience in the entertainment industry, be able to balance literary and talent department duties, and have an eagerness to learn the management business and tv/film development.
Assist the department manager in monitoring current productions, including tracking production progress, script revisions, paperwork distribution; becoming familiar with the procedures, processes & terminology of the Production Office and Set.
Support for projects such as Games, Podcasts, Product, and other projects in development and production. Assist in the creation of portfolio books, decks, etc., taking meeting notes, approving game art and assets, and testing product builds.

The Vice President of Development is responsible for the day-to-day development and productions of the TV studio’s annual slate.
Duties will include phone and email correspondence, maintaining schedules, taking notes, daily memos, and industry research.
Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Responsibilities include reading and providing feedback on submissions and projects in development, as well as scheduling, phones, and general admin.
Partners with SVP, Development and VP, Series Production to lead and guide all aspects of TV series & Film development
Have the ability to guide all creative aspects of the development process – vetting and screening pitches/submissions, identifying talent and mining IP.
Coordinates & arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves & prepares facilities, and records & transcribes minutes of meetings.
Read, watch, and listen to incoming IP and provide thoughtful coverage, reviews, and feedback for the team.

As an intern for our film and television divisions, you will be a vital part of the team as we evaluate new ideas, develop them into salable projects, and ultimately produce films and television shows.
Responsibilities include executive scheduling, expense reports, meeting setup, event planning and other administrative support as needed, and travel.
