Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, schedules, & calendars for Sales executives, script coverage, pitching avails to distributors, and entering & maintaining databases, and attending Film markets.

Strong attention to detail while interacting with team members, filmmakers, talent representatives, financiers, distributors, and various external stakeholders is required.

Applicants should have strong Physical Production experience including budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting and should be familiar with multiple modes of Documentary production.

Tasks include scheduling, coordinating submissions to Production Companies & distributors, and assisting or covering other team tasks as needed.

Facilitate functionality of department by accurately maintaining company databases, tracking documents, submissions logs, and tracking individual project development to support a growing pipeline of movies for our indie and robust streaming slate.

Manage and track the status of all live-action and Animation projects through all stages of production and Post Production, triggering action from production, Business Affairs, Finance and Post Production as necessary.

Work closely with a passionate team of seasoned executives to execute and build on a robust growing NA feature slate, based on Wattpad and WEBTOON’s most valuable IP.

Oversee a global production slate of original IP, reviewing scripts, treatments, outlines, production schedules, assets, Music, dailies and cuts and providing timely feedback.

Responsible for running office logistics: supplies orders, rent, internet, security system, general liability insurance, printer servicing, etc.

Responsibilities include scheduling calls/meetings for sales team, drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting with festival submissions, and coordinating delivery of assets to distributors.

Work closely with Network Originals team to support a growing pipeline of movies for our network and Streaming partners.
