Emma Stone

Emma Stone has signed on to star in the Dreamwork’s film THE HELP. Based on the novel by Kathryn Stockett, the story follows a young white woman in the early 1960s in Mississippi who becomes interested in the plight of the African-American domestic servants that every family has working for them. She writes their stories about mistreatment, abuse and heartbreak, all just before the Civil Rights revolution.

Logline: Three young women–one seeking a way out of her small town, one returning to the moneyed enclave she visited when her family had money, and one looking for love–agree to oversee the four indulged, unsupervised children of a family vacationing in the Hamptons.

Logline: A prehistoric comedy that centers on the caveman Crug, who cautiously leads his family beyond his comfort zone after an earthquake destroys their home. While attempting to navigate the dangerous and unfamiliar world, Crug butts heads with a nomad, who charms Crug’s clan — especially his eldest daughter — with his (relatively) modern-minded ways.

Logline: A perfectly average Lego minifigure is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is then drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant.
