Schedule and organize crews in relation to needs of creative, under the direction of the Coordinating Producer and Logistics Manager as assigned.

Handle any tasks that come up on a live gameday which include working with talent on set, putting together highlights for air, or helping identify certain statistics or trends that could be noted on air.

Work closely with your discipline supervisors in crewing, casting and scheduling your discipline’s body of work, keeping in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.

Need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Support Casting Directors by pulling photos by accurate description for clients, calling, emailing and/or texting details, call time changes, checking background availability, setting up Covid tests, fittings, and interviews.

Tasked with maintaining a seamless flow of information within the team, handling scheduling, and ensuring that the actor’s personal matters are managed with the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
