The epic midnight movie The Room is getting the Hollywood treatment, as James Franco’s adaptation about the making of the phenomenon, The Disaster Artist, is set to shoot this December with Seth Rogen circling an undisclosed role.
Rogen announced the news on Twitter today, confirming that the network will air the series in 2016. AMC has not released any official confirmation, but sources are saying that its a done deal.
The half-hour comedy will be added to Hulu’s rapidly growing list of original scripted shows.
