Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments. Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.
Create weekly development reports and track metrics. Manage submission logs and internal department documents.
The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.
Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.
Organize incoming and outgoing submissions. Maintain grids and generate Writer/director lists. Read and review a high volume of submissions and scripts.
Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Maintain a phone sheet and roll calls. Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries during markets and festivals.
