General administrative duties, including screening and answering calls, reconciling expense reports and budgets.
Responsibilities include rolling calls, managing multiple schedules, setting meetings, covering scripts, interfacing with agents, lawyers, studio executives and producers.

Rolling a high volume of calls and setting meetings. Taking notes during calls and distributing script materials.
Preparing decks for internal and external Creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up Creative materials. Reviewing pitches, books and scripts and providing coverage, as requested.
