Ideal candidate has exemplary planning and time management skills, can organize/manage calendars, and keep scheduling operations running efficiently.

General administrative duties, including screening and answering calls, reconciling expense reports and budgets.

Responsibilities include rolling calls, managing multiple schedules, setting meetings, covering scripts, interfacing with agents, lawyers, studio executives and producers.

Acts as direct liaison with filmmakers. Reads and provides feedback for any and all incoming submissions.

Read scripts, review dailies, summarize notes from development meetings/calls.

Provide multi-level administrative support to the SVP, Current Programming (preparing Writer and Director lists, arranging travel, managing schedule, rolling calls, tracking expenses, and other special assignments, etc.)

Administrative support for EVP including handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and scheduling.

Provide professional and confidential Executive support. Screen incoming requests to determine priority level, including phone calls, visitors and incoming mail.

Rolling a high volume of calls and setting meetings. Taking notes during calls and distributing script materials.

Preparing decks for internal and external Creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up Creative materials. Reviewing pitches, books and scripts and providing coverage, as requested.

Responsibilities include Creative planning, scheduling, organizing, assistance in Executive Content, etc.

The ideal applicants have experience and relationships within the Animation industry, strong convictions about the future of Animation, and are scrappy, passionate, Creative, excited about trying things in new ways, and curious about a wide range of genres, mediums, and ways to build immersive new story worlds.

Oversee planning and production, from pre-production through final delivery. Work closely with production executives and Finance to establish schedule and budget for each production.

Position comprised of scheduling, runs, part-time reception, script coverage, and planning travel.

Proactively solicit new material for Television adaptation and development e.g., scripts, books, articles, new media.

Office duties include but not limited to: rolling calls, scheduling calls and meetings for Executive & clients, sending out submissions, money tracking, and coverage.

They will be responsible for scheduling a high volume of meetings on a regular basis, both within the company and the entertainment industry.

Experience with Television development, production, creating writer/director/talent lists, notes, and coverage/feedback on scripts preferred.

Primarily administrative and organizational in focus this position is responsible for ensuring the Executive team works efficiently and the department as a whole is run smoothly.

Develop a deep understanding of Hulu’s brand values, key demo target/s, and business objectives to help determine what original series will move the needle for the brand and generate significant commercial value.

Will run errands and shop, as needed.

This role will work independently in handling work and meetings, sourcing and assessing Creative submissions and identifying concepts that work well within the company brand.

This role will have many opportunities for Creative input on top of the standard administrative duties.

Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures. Help plan and execute offsite meetings for team.

Coordinate general meetings for department executives, maintain scripts, schedules, master lists and all other related documents for all shows/movies.

Evaluate the quality of scripts and offer Creative feedback. Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches. Work with writers to develop stories and scripts.
