The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting all day-to-day business activity, both administrative and creative/development of the SVP.
Reading and watching material and staying up to date on the creative content of Current Series. Taking notes on calls and meetings and preparing notes in advance of calls and meetings.
Responsibilities include standard assistant duties: rolling calls, calendar coordination, expenses, maintaining grids, coordinating client needs, etc.
Take and organize notes for writers of the company’s projects. Read, vet, and report back on incoming material (including writing coverage).
Reads scripts and other incoming material and provides coverage. Maintains current production document files throughout filming.
Assisting the head of our company. This includes heavy scheduling, phones, expenses, travel, taking notes in meetings, filing, communicating with all production departments, etc.
Duties include both administrative and creative responsibilities supporting the executive and his particular projects, as well as contributing to the department, and the Film slate as a whole.
Keeping up-to-date with development slate and incoming submissions, reading and sourcing potential scripts and IP, and managing President’s calendar & inbox.
The Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support, completing a variety of tasks, in support of Executives overseeing an existing slate of projects currently in development, including multiple productions scheduled for release in 2022.
Assistant will administrative tasks such as heavy scheduling, rolling calls, booking travel, processing departmental expenses, and liaising with executives and talent.
Organize, coordinate and assist with all aspects of a busy producer’s workload.
Assistant duties include customary responsibilities such as scheduling, phones, expenses, and maintenance of grids.
