Help Identify and pursue all opportunities to help talent (s) increase their fan base and generate new income Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short and long-term projects across all sectors of artist(s) career including, but not limited to TV/ Film, social, touring, brand partnerships, digital, and marketing activations.
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, produce correspondence, travel booking/coordination, and special projects for the company President and SVP.
Responsibilities include scheduling and managing meetings for executive, creating top line to-dos from all departments/projects and tracking them, being proactive about prepping exec for meetings, pitches, interviews, etc.
Must be organized, self-sufficient, collaborative, able to add value to the conversation and aware of all social trends.
This is a pivotal role in which the candidate will contribute in the building and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion practices across the NBCUniversal portfolio in this fast-paced, rapidly growing department which is the first of its kind to cover Film, TV¸ and Streaming.
